Newbie question: ext portal demo - embed other web app conten inside portlet panel?

A newbie question from somebody evaluating extJS4 for use on a new project.

Looking at the extPortal demo, can I embed content from another URL into a portlet? For instance, I have web app that shows a bar chart in a web page accessed via a URL. Can I embed embed this bar chart URL into a extJS4 portlet?

You can include it in an IFRAME if that's what you mean.
