View Full Version : making rows in an editorgridpanel editable and others not

Hello !!

I am having an EditorGridPanel with a defined ColumnModel where the first column does not have the config 'editor' as default.
When I am adding a row to this grid I want to switch between a new row where the first column is not editable (like the default), but I also need the case that I want to insert a row where the first column is editable.

Is that possible and if yes: What might be the solution?

When I am working with grid.getStore().getAt() then I am getting the Record. But how can I get the first column value and make it editable?

Thanks for some help!

You can use the "cancel" param of the beforeedit event of EditorGridPanel (http://dev.sencha.com/deploy/dev/docs/?class=Ext.grid.EditorGridPanel) to decide whether a cell is editable or not.
