how do i disable or hide the checkbox of the row, with CheckboxSelectionModel

hello guys,

i am using grid with grouping, and used CheckboxSelectionModel in it.

its rendering check-box, everything is fine..

i have a question. i want to make these checkbox disable on some condition, i have that condition on the store,

how do i disable or hide the checkbox of the row, i want this to happen when the grid loads.
